The objective of this work is to analyze the relations between education, human capital and the industrial performances in Senegal. The approached questions are different and varied, and more particularly, they relate to the investment of industrial concerns in the human resources (levels of qualification of the workforce, training policies), at the various levels of efficiency (internal and external) of the educational system, in the adequacy training / employment, etc. The impact of the human capital investment of the firms on their own performances is finally studied.

This research starts from human capital theory to study the production and valorization of competences in the labor market. Using the potentials and constraints of the neo-classical approach, the incorporation of other areas of economic science as well as other social sciences contributions are proposed. This article aims at offering a better understanding of the discussion in relation to the individualisation of the employment relationship based on the competency model. Our starting point is the idea that firms use a diversity of procedures to obtain the competencies they need. Based on a survey of five Portuguese banks, this article shows that firms use policies of incitation in order to make workers to mobilise the right competencies : in this respect, earning policies appear to be the mean of resolving problems of coordination. L’art. 32 della legge n. 183/2010 ha sollevato molteplici questioni applicative legate alla sua infelice formulazione. Il saggio analizza il controverso perimetro applicativo del comma 4, lett. c) e d), inerenti rispettivamente la cessione del contratto di lavoro avvenuta ai sensi dell’art. 2112 c.c. e i casi in cui si chieda la costituzione o l’accertamento di un rapporto di lavoro in capo a un soggetto diverso dal titolare del contratto. L’Autore fornisce le coordinate per una corretta interpretazione, opportunamente restrittiva, delle previsioni decadenziali alla luce del dato letterale e del diritto dell’Unione europea.
